Strength & Conditioning (The Foundation)

Strength and conditioning form the backbone of our weight loss programs.

Boxing & Muay Thai (Optional Daily Sessions)

To complement the main conditioning work, we offer daily optional sessions in boxing and Muay Thai.

  • A way to improve coordination, balance, and mental focus

Boxing

Boxing sessions focus on:

No sparring is required. Sessions are fitness-based and beginner-friendly.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai sessions are introduced as:

All sessions are adapted to ability and comfort level.

 

Participation in boxing or Muay Thai is always optional and designed to enhance — not replace — the main training structure.

Yin & Yang Balance: Internal Training & Recovery

To balance the more demanding physical sessions, guests take part in daily internal training taught directly on site.

 

These sessions may include:

 

  • Qigong

  • Tai Chi

  • Breathwork and mindful movement

Internal training supports:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Stress reduction

  • Recovery and joint health

  • Long-term sustainability

This Yin–Yang balance is essential.
