1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in all programs, services, and stays at RDS Health Resort, Philippines (“we”, “us”, “our”).

 

By submitting a booking, paying a deposit, or attending any program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Booking & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of Services

RDS Health Resort provides residential health, fitness, weight loss, detox, recovery, and performance-based programs. Services may include physical training, nutritional guidance, fasting protocols, recovery treatments, education sessions, and lifestyle coaching.

 

We are not a medical facility, hospital, or rehabilitation centre. Our services are supportive and educational in nature and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility & Participation

​

By attending, you confirm that:

 

You are 18 years of age or older

You are physically and mentally capable of participating in training and wellness activities

You have fully disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, psychological conditions, or substance-related issues prior to arrival

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict participation if a guest’s health, behaviour, or disclosures indicate a risk to themselves, others, or the integrity of the program.

4. Health, Safety & Risk Acknowledgement

​

Participation in physical training, fasting, recovery treatments, and lifestyle programs involves inherent risks.

 

By attending, you acknowledge that:

 

Participation is voluntary

You accept responsibility for monitoring your own health and limits

Results are not guaranteed

You understand and accept the physical and mental demands involved

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RDS Health Resort and its staff shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss, or complications arising from participation, except where required by law.

5. Medical Disclosure & Removal

 

Failure to disclose relevant health or personal information may result in:

 

Modification of participation

Removal from the program

Termination of stay without refund or credit

​

This policy exists to protect the safety and wellbeing of guests and staff.

​

6. Programs, Schedules & Changes

 

Program content, schedules, coaches, and treatments may be adjusted due to operational, safety, or environmental factors

Training intensity and activities may be modified at staff discretion

No refunds are issued for changes to schedules or program content

7. Accommodation & Conduct

​

Guests are expected to:

 

Follow house rules and staff instructions

Behave respectfully toward staff and other guests

Maintain a safe and disciplined environment

 

 

We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund if a guest engages in behaviour that is unsafe, disruptive, dishonest, illegal, or contrary to the ethos of the retreat.

8. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

​

All bookings, deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

​

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

​

9. Early Departure

​

If a guest chooses or is required to leave early for any reason, including personal, medical, or behavioural reasons:

No refunds or credits will be issued

Outstanding balances remain payable

​

10. Travel, Visas & Insurance

​

Guests are solely responsible for:

​

Travel arrangements

Visa and immigration compliance

Passport validity

Insurance coverage

​

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

RDS Health Resort is not responsible for denied entry, visa issues, or travel disruptions.

11. Treatments & Add-On Services

​

Certain treatments or services may be offered as optional add-ons.

​

Availability is not guaranteed

Participation is voluntary

Additional consent may be required

Fees may apply unless stated otherwise

12. Media, Photography & Content

​

Photographs or videos may be taken during programs for documentation or marketing purposes.

​

By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used unless you notify us in writing prior to arrival.

​

13. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the guest for the program

​

14. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

​

Any disputes shall be subject to Philippine jurisdiction.

​
