How Your Day Flows

Every day at the retreat is structured to push your body, clear your mind, and keep you focused — without distractions. No alarms. No phones. Just consistent, progressive work in a peaceful mountain-top environment.

Here’s a typical day:

 

  • 05:30–06:00 – Sunrise breathwork, meditation, mantra, Qigong

  • 06:00–07:00 – Morning circuit (calisthenics, cardio, or yoga)

  • Post-breakfast – Targeted strength or skills session (martial arts, mobility, etc.)

  • Afternoon – Focused session (weight training, HIIT, or event prep)

  • Evenings – Light recovery work, journaling, sauna, red light, cold plunge

 

Rest days are flexible — some guests fast or explore the island, while others continue light training.

Our Fitness Retreats are all-inclusive, covering accommodation, training, and meals.
